As guys, we take on a lot… and we don’t often feel comfortable about sharing the weight with others.

Violent crimes, imprisonment, and even suicide numbers, all skew heavier towards guys.

We deal with a lot, and we’re less likely to seek out help when we need it. We’re not doing ourselves any favors by acting this way. So, why do we do it?

This week, we look at some of the issues guys deal with, how our “manliness” might be hurting us, and what to do instead.
